The villa is a 19th century, one floor house of 230m2 which has been completely renovated .It can host 6 people plus one (7) on a sofa bed .The studio for 2 has a separate entrance from the main house but is part of it. The house was originally used as an olive press and its rooms are very spacious.
The swimming pool is located on the lawn under the olive trees at 100 meters from the house .
The estate has total privacy and calm at only 7 km from Corfu town.
Triklino Estate, offers total serenity at only 7 km from the picturesque Corfu town which is part of UNESCO World heritage and at only 5 km from the most beautiful beaches of the island.
Triklino Estate is a property of 16 acres with olive groves and a little wood.
The main villa comprises of:
-One king size bedroom,
-One Queen size bedroom
-Two bathrooms
-There is a sofa bed to accommodate a fifth person.
The Amon RA room is a studio for two with one bathroom, and it has a separate entrance from the main house.
